We process orders Monday-Friday (except bank holidays) and all orders are despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed on our system during these times. Any exceptions (i.e. Christmas) will be displayed via our store.

We endeavor to ship all items as fast as possible. Occasionally during peak times or bad weather orders can take longer to ship – please accept our apology if this is the case. Additional fraud checks may need to be carried out and identities verified – this may, cause delay to your order. We aim to carry out these checks as quickly and efficiently as possible. The time these checks take can be reduced, by checking for emails from Giant Red Seven, also supplying a daytime contact number with your order.
1. Missing / Delayed Deliveries
i. If you do not receive delivery by the expected delivery date please get in touch immediately so the courier can be contacted as failed deliveries have to be reported within 7 days of us sending the goods. If the goods have been sent with Royal Mail they will only raise a claim after 15 days, as most items are redelivered or returned to sender during this time. Once this time has passed then if the goods are still missing we will resend or refund.
ii. If Giant Red Seven receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
2. Refused / Card Left or Incorrectly Addressed Deliveries
i. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of Goods shall take place at the address specified in the Buyers Purchase Order on the estimated Delivery Date and Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods upon delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address details at time of order, any cost required to re-direct or re-deliver goods due to incorrect address information being given at time of order will be the buyers responsibility. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
ii. Where a parcel is refused OR the courier/postal service online tracking indicates that they have left a card and subsequently returned the parcel to us as the addressee has failed to either (1) arrange redelivery or (2) collect the parcel from the courier company’s depot, the order will be cancelled and refunded when the parcel is delivered back to our premises. In these circumstances, a deduction will be made from the refund for the courier company’s charge for both the outgoing parcel and it’s return to our premises.
iii. The cost of delivery shall be calculated when you place the order with us and payment shall be due at the time of payment of the products.
iv. The Delivery Date specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of essence of the Contract.
3. Delivery Liability
i. Subject to the other provisions contained in our terms and conditions, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the products (even if caused by our negligence).
ii. If for any reason you or the person at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the products, all risk of the products shall pass to you and we may, (as per section 2 / ii) at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.
